Mahek Memon Digital Marketing offers freelance digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads and Meta Ads management, email marketing, and website content strategy. The exact scope of services for each client is defined in a separate proposal or agreement shared before work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for us to deliver services effectively. You are responsible for ensuring that any content, logos, images, or materials you share with us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You also agree to make timely payments as per the agreed schedule and to provide timely feedback to avoid project delays.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each project and are outlined in the proposal or invoice shared with you. Generally, a percentage of the total project fee is required upfront before work begins. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work if payments are delayed beyond the agreed period. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes such as GST, if applicable, will be charged separately.
5. Revisions and Scope of Work
Each project includes a defined number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope of work will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly. We will inform you in advance if any additional charges apply.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. However, Mahek Memon Digital Marketing retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any tools, templates, frameworks, or proprietary processes used during the project remain the intellectual property of Mahek Memon Digital Marketing.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Results and Performance
While we work diligently to deliver the best possible results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many variables beyond our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, competitor activity, and advertising budgets. We do not guarantee specific results such as a fixed number of leads, sales, or ranking positions unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel a project after work has commenced, you are liable to pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Upfront payments or retainer fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time and resources already allocated. Refund requests for work not yet started will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our engagement with any client who engages in abusive, unethical, or illegal conduct, or who violates these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, payment for completed work remains due.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mahek Memon Digital Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amravati, Maharashtra, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
